My Bloomers Experience

The first GBS event I attended was the school's 10th anniversary celebration, and honestly, I was amazed by the presentations from all the children. How did I hear about GBS? A sister of mine, Mrs. Adekitan, whose children attend GBS, spoke highly of the school and invited me to attend the 10th anniversary celebration. My journey with GBS officially began in September 2022. Prior to that, my sons, Jesse Oluwafolaranmi and Tenioluwa Jeremy Ajibade, attended the school's summer programme that same year. They were excited about changing schools and looked forward to starting at GBS. My sons resumed fully in September, and by the end of the first term, I noticed remarkable changes in them, both academically and morally. Subjects like Mathematics became their favourites, while their spoken and written English improved significantly. Honestly, the attentiveness and dedication of the teachers at GBS cannot be overemphasized. They were exposed to various competitions, both within the school and with other schools, which helped to build their confidence and broaden their learning experiences. My older son has since graduated from GBS and is doing very well in secondary school. Today, I celebrate the latest graduating pupils, including my second son, Tenioluwa Jeremy, and his classmates. You have all performed excellently well, and I am incredibly proud of your achievements. May God Almighty continue to bless and preserve Mr. and Mrs. Jolaoso, the management team, and all the teachers for their unwavering commitment to excellence. Great Bloomers School will keep blooming!

My Daughter's Journey at Bloomers

My daughter, Orabelema Joan Orubo, started in playgroup 1 in 2017. Leaving home for a new environment came with a bit of resistance and crying. Within one week, I observed that she had settled into her new class and always looked forward to going to school. She loved her school, such that anytime she misbehaved, I would threaten to change her school. Her response would always be “NO” I love my school. We have grown to this point by the grace of God Almighty and the support of the amiable teachers. I want to use medium to thank Mrs Jolaosho and all the teachers who have taught her at one time or the other. May God reward you all. Great Bloomers will keep going higher and higher in Jesus's mighty name Amen 🙏 And to her fellow pupils, the sky is the beginning. I pray that God will continue to take you higher and higher, you will all fulfill destiny and purpose. His light will continue to shine and protect you all. Thank you.

My Bloomers Experience

Great Bloomers School is a school where learners are well-groomed and nurtured to become leaders of tomorrow and worthy ambassadors of the school wherever they find themselves in the future or in other citadels of learning. Being a parent at Great Bloomers School has been a meaningful and rewarding experience. It has given me the opportunity to watch my children grow not only academically but also in character and confidence. From the very first day of school, I felt both excitement and concern as I wondered how my child would adjust to a new environment. As time passed, I became more involved in school activities such as Open Days and other school events. These experiences helped me understand the importance of cooperation between parents and teachers. I learned that a child performs better when both the home and the school work together to support learning and development. One memorable experience was attending a school meeting where teachers discussed my child’s progress. I was proud to hear positive comments about her hard work and discipline, but I also learned about areas where improvement was needed. This encouraged me to spend more time helping with homework, giving guidance at home, and even hiring a private tutor for extra support. Being a parent at Great Bloomers School has also taught me patience and responsibility. Sometimes, there are challenges, such as balancing work with school activities and handling academic struggles. However, seeing my child improve and succeed makes every effort worthwhile. Overall, my experience as a parent at Great Bloomers School has been rewarding. It has shown me that education is not only the responsibility of teachers but also of parents, who play an important role in shaping the future of their children. Today, I am proud of my daughter, who graduated from Great Bloomers School three years ago and is performing excellently in college. I will recommend Great Bloomers School to any parent, any day and at any time whenever the opportunity arises. Grooming a child at Great Bloomers School is like building a strong foundation for the future because the child receives proper education, discipline, and values that help shape character and ensure success in life. Thank you.
